SHIPPING POLICY

I. INTRODUCTION

Each visitor or customer to the Surf Blurb Martket at https://surf-blurb.com/market must understand that 

II.DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY - UNITED STATES

Unless specify, all items are shipped from the United States of America, mostly from the State of California and Hawaii. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days by the owner or the organization selling an item. Each owner or organization selling items on https://surf-blurb.com/market complies to this rule.

However the Surf Blurb Company is not responsible for delays. Note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

 

If a owner or a organization are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

III. SHIPPING RATES, METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Unless specify, shipping is included in the retail price of the items. Shipping delivery speed is selected by the owner or the organization selling items. It can also be selected by the buyer upon request. Unless specify, the Surf Blurb Company is not responsible for shipping speed, but the following shipping delivery estimates are general guidelines for our sellers.

IV. SHIPPING METHODS  

Shipping methods is selected by the owner or the organization selling items. Unless specify, the Surf Blurb Company is not responsible for shipping methods, but the following shipping methods are general guidelines for our sellers. 

U.S.A
USPS First-Class Mail (3-5 business days)​
This is ideal for lightweight packages and it's the most affordable USPS service that we offer. Maximum weight is 13 oz – this amounts to 1 shirt or 1-2 posters. Tracking included.​

​USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)​
​Shipping times for Priority Mail are typically quicker than First-Class. Tracking included.

FedEx Smart Post (2-7 business days)​
FedEx Smart Post is also ideal for lightweight packages, but has longer delivery times than USPS First-Class. Please note: final delivery for Smart Post is sent through USPS. Tracking included.

USPS ParcelSelect (2-8 business days)

FedEx Ground (1-5 business days)
Ideal for sending heavy shipments (up to 150 lbs) to business addresses across the U.S. Tracking included.

FedEx 2 Day (2 business days)
All FedEx expedited orders are automatically marked as priority in our system. As long as the items are in stock, we print and ship them as quickly as possible. Tracking included.

FedEx Standard Overnight (Next business day – afternoon)
​All FedEx expedited orders are automatically marked as priority in our system. As long as the items are in stock, we print and ship them as quickly as possible. Tracking included.

DHL Expedited (3-6 business days)
Similar to FedEx Smart Post, final delivery is completed by USPS.​

International (outside the U.S.A)

V. DAMAGES

The Surf Blurb company and https://surf-blurb.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact jlemarie@surfblurb.com to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY

I. CLAIMS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to the Surf Blurb (jlemarie@surfblurb.com) within 15 days after the product has been received by the customer. µ

The Surf Blurb Company will then notify the issue to the seller of the item, whether it be Surf Blurb SARL, or a third party. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

II. RETURN ADDRESS
All sent packages are marked with the original sender address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, etc.), it will come back to the sender and she, he, or the organization can take care of it.

III. REASONS FOR RETURNS
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Returned by Customer - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.
